The trustees of CA Plus, who are also Directors of the company, are elected by the members at our AGM. Occasionally we co-opt other pepole with skills or experience that will be of benefit in managing CA Plus. Our Board meets every quarter, with sub committees for finance and personnel meeting in betweeen.

Many of our trustees have connections with other voluntary organisations which have benefited from the services we offer.
