Employment training workshops

On a regular basis we run a series of employment training workshops specifically designed to assist voluntary sector organisations who employ staff. Workshops have been chosen to impart, “Best Practice” in a number of areas of employment/ personnel development, relevant to the needs of voluntary sector groups and to up-date organisations with ever changing aspects of Employment Law.     Content: Legislation changed in April 2009, concerning the minimum procedures - ACAS Code of Practice - that employers MUST follow during disciplinary or grievance meetings. Do you know these no longer apply to redundancy dismissals, the ending of fixed-term contracts and retirements?
