The general principles are:

• As a charity, the price we charge for any service is designed simply to cover our costs
• We are also fortunate in receiving grant aid from Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County Councils. This funding is used to subsidise the costs of certain services to eligible groups.
• All information, updates and templates through the website are free

The CA Plus Subscription Service

This is a bit like your gas service contract. You pay CA Plus a small one off fee each year and then you can have our support as and when you need it. It covers the support with financial management and HR - everything from setting up your petty cash  system, to dealing with VAT to handling redundancy.

Time Bank

For organisations outside the City and County, or who do not wish to join the subscription scheme, we have the Time bank. This is the system where groups purchase credits to their time bank. As you receive training and support in Finance and/or HR from CA Plus, your balance reduces. 

Accounts, Bookkeeping and Payroll

All fees are based on standard rates and quotes are available on request. For accounts and bookkeeping, some subsidy may be available through the grant aid we receive from Nottingham City Council.
