AS OF THE 6TH APRIL 2009, EMPLOYMENT LAW CONCERNED WITH THE HANDLING OF DISCIPLINE AND GRIEVANCE SITUATIONS HAS CHANGED.
Up to 6th April there was a 2004 Code of Practice for Handling Discipline and Grievance as issued by the Governments Advisory, Concilliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS). THIS HAS BEEN REPLACED.
